CHAELI ships worldwide from our international fulfillment centers. All orders are processed with care to ensure a reliable delivery experience. Shipments are handled through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and regional postal services depending on your destination.

Processing Times In-stock items require 1–3 business days for processing. Processing time is additional to the shipping time shown at checkout.

Free Shipping Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over USD 80 after discounts, depending on destination eligibility shown at checkout.

Shipping Times and Costs Shipping times and prices vary by destination. All available options are shown during checkout. As general guidance:

Standard Shipping — approximately 4–16 business days
Express Shipping — approximately 3–12 business days
Some countries or regions may not support Express Shipping

Remote areas, APO/FPO addresses and territories may require additional time.

Estimated Delivery Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time (shown at checkout). Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather events or local holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Your final checkout total includes all applicable duties and taxes for your destination. No additional fees will be charged at delivery. CHAELI handles all required customs documentation.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Delivery Countries We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe, Mexico, selected Middle Eastern countries and selected Asia-Pacific regions. Full availability and costs are displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
